A professional headshot puts the focus on your face and expression for a profile, team page or introduction. A broader brand session adds looks, framing and context for your website, social posts and marketing. Tell us where the images will appear so the session fits their purpose.

An outdoor setting can feel approachable; a workplace can connect a portrait to what you do. Share the setting you have in mind, access arrangements and the look you want. For corporate teams, include the number of people and whether each person needs consistent framing, individual portraits or wider team photos so we can quote the right scope.
Prepare your outfits and image list
Bring clean, well-fitting clothes that reflect how you want to present yourself professionally. The base session allows up to two outfits or brand looks. List the placements you need—profile photo, website banner or social post—so we can plan vertical and horizontal compositions. Posing and creative direction are included.

Add $100 for each additional 30 minutes offered in booking. Team size, locations, travel and special requirements may need a tailored quote. Photography pricing does not include a business video. Edited delivery is 1–3 days after the shoot.
Headshot and brand photo questions
Can I book just a professional headshot?
Yes. Choose Business content and tell us that your priority is a headshot. The Business + Branding package supplies the commercial-use terms for professional and company publishing. A simpler image list does not automatically change the package price.
Can we photograph at my workplace?
Share the address, access rules and the space you want to use. We confirm the location and any arrangements before the shoot. Multiple people, rooms or locations may change the time and quote.
What if I also need business video?
Request both formats in your inquiry. Filming, final edits, usage and scheduling are scoped separately; a photography package does not buy combined photo and video production.
How do I reserve a date?
Choose your package and request a date in booking. Review the deposit and remaining balance before submitting. ShotwitD reviews availability and confirms the date separately from payment.
